So we both face portugese-speaking teams. I start (away) in Brasil. But since I just started the rebuilding process in Scotland, we won't be winning a lot of games, or none at all. (The scrimmage last monday was my first win as NT Manager for scotlands senior nt^^). So if we do get chosen to play against each other, I have two conditions. We is going to start, Shin is just a backup. And you play patient and I put my worst defender on We. And if he fails to score more than 65 points, you've lost. We'll work out the details in the contract.

Winner: 1x Consolation Tournament (U21), 2x Goldene Ananas, 1x Goldene Himbeere, 2x Goldener Erdapfel, 3x Bronze Medal (U21)

Just because he's my first real NT-Superstar. And I'm still wounded that he couldn't continue his streak of being leading scorer for the 5th consecutive season. Only because some new guy with less potential somehow is able to shoot the ball even better than him.

not too bad of a drubbing for the start of the season
hopefully game shapes turn out better this week and we get a real shot at a game for the next one

Portugal 109-98 Hanguk

We were leading starting the QT4, but Portugal finished stronger than us. Both teams played TIE and I can't say I regret not playing Normal. Portugal should be a lot better than that and that would be quite a gamble. I'm not even sure we would have won with the Normal, BB might have let us lose still.

Now, we have to win next week though.


I saw score and thought: shoot, shouldn't we have lost by a larger margin against Portugal? And then with a look at the boxscore it seems as if we could have even won that game. I completely understand your thoughts about not playing normal. Either our team already is better than we thought or Portugal just had a bad day ... but it shows we're definitely on the right track!

Still, winning that game would have been nice. And next game facing a possible CT in an away game won‘t be easier, I guess...

At least We listened to me and was leading scorer. So I‘m partly satisfied. And HT Kim as second best scorer is also something I can accept (especially since he led the way last week if I remember correctly). And yes, I‘m fond of individual stats. Especially those favoring my (former) trainees. Or seeing all-time records of players like SB Kim who played his 195th game in his 15th season for Hanguk NT. Unbelievable. Maybe not a BB-World-Record yet. But probably in the top 10 or even top 5 for games played.

Or seeing all-time records of players like SB Kim who played his 195th game in his 15th season for Hanguk NT. Unbelievable. Maybe not a BB-World-Record yet. But probably in the top 10 or even top 5 for games played.


Currently tied for 9th place in that ranking in the World. His next game, will be sole owner of this place (others retired).

203 caps for the 4th place. Top two, from Senegal, are unreachable with 227 and 228.


Well, not too bad, I guess. 203 is going to be tough but not impossible. 200 would be a great milestone anyways. But to get to 230, we need a new plan. Not for him. But for a new 18y old draftee that I'm going to get. Lvl 11. And he'll not play for the u21 (sorry statsman), he'll start his career on the NT, aged 18. And play every game, obviously. And by the age of 25, he'll already have experience 25 or something and more than 100 games played, 112 games if everything goes according to the plan. By the age of 33, he should be ready to get into position with 224 games played. So with age 34 (and still no skilldowns) he's on his way to reach 250+ games. How about that?
