Hi Boulfe
Yes sure, no problem

I'm sorry, it wasn't my intention to come across in a condescending way. But I disagree with your statement, for example i could have said that the 5 profiles that he suggested aren't good and leave it there, but I was a bit more specific in my "critique". This players doesn't have enough JS, this not enough IS, more RB is needed etc
But I can sort of understand your point of view
-PG is bad cause he doesn't have enough JS to play and exterior tactics, ideally he should have more IS for an interior tactics or since he has high OD you could consider him as a defensive PG, but in that case he needs more Passing, the PG like that is a bit of a half way thing that isn't great for any tactics/position, in italiano si dice che non è nè carne nè pesce
Plus as i said, the fact that Locks added 50 tsp to a standard 55 TSP is a bit misleading, cause the +2 Passing is achievable in 1/2 weeks, meanwhile the +2 JS is around 5 weeks of training
-It's something I learned in my experience in Italy's u21. And since we've been winning medals since s45 I think we can say it works pretty well
-Honestly I'd rather not share my/our ideal profiles, since if I don't win the election here i would be Italy's u21
Head Scout. However let's take Christopher Vautrin (51039842) as an example:
He has low JR and lowish ID so realistically the best thing to train him as is a Guard for interior attacks
Just under 2 seasons of 1on1
A season of OD
Maybe a couple of weeks for PA and by the start of the u21 season you could have:
12 2
14 17
17 8/9
11/12 5/6
6 6
And btw, 5+6 is very good
Thanks for your questions
