ABSOLOTELY he is missing practice...LAST POP UP 28/7/2017

It's very likely this player is capped, he might have low lvl at his potential wich would put his tsp about equal to an all-star potential player

He is at 94-100% according to buzzer-manager.com...

I've also checked some other perennial allstar players and they have reached 100 skills...

I do believe he is not caped yet

Not every potential is the same. His potential can be between 7.0 and 7.9. So he is at 94-100%, it may be 94% or 100%. And you are saying you are not getting anymore pops, so he should be capped.

94-100% means he could be anywhere between those numbers, so he's capped for sure if you haven't gotten a pop in so long

These data are not enough to judge if he's capped or not.

other thing, BB-Manager data are not BB data, that site estimates potential according to some users ideas, not the real functioning of Buzzerbeater.

So, in the end, i can think the player is capped.

Remember: being capped doesn't mean the player will never pop up. Simply his training will be slower. Very slower.

But how can I retrieve and provide data which r useful to show if he is caped or not..??
