Not the best sounding first post for a new "PR" manager though...

Gaya nga ng sabi ni boss ivan, may rason naman kung bakit may mga hindi natutuwa sa performance ng NT and I don't think telling people to just shut up is the best solution.

Remind lang din kita boss that Mr. R. Espiritu is a consistent producer ng NT player so there should be reasons about his frustration at alam nya ang sinasabi nya.

About the discord at fb group sinabi ko din 'to sa U21 at NT coach natin, di mo pwedeng i-force feed sa community na dun na gawin ang lahat ng communication. May pros and cons lahat ng communication tools. Actually, it's good na you are assigned sa PR dahil siguro nakita din nyo din ung need to address the community via forums. I just hope to see better posts moving forward dahil sa palagay ko hindi tamang "public relation" na sabihan mo ang mga tao na manahimik nalang.

For me also bad PR tlga yan Young Bucks. Lahat tayo concern sa country natin we all want is to improve our NT's at kung may napupuna community natin rights nila yun to react para mabago ang sistema. Dont shut them down instead learn from the community. Yun lng cents ko Young Bucks. No offense. Peace.

U21 Pilipinas lost to U21 Italia, 92-61.

Despite the big lost this is the 2nd to the last match of our U21 Team in the World Cup U21 S49 and im very happy and proud to the managers and players who work hard for us to reach this kind of milestone and hoping we still continue to grow in the future.

As of now we are currently in U21 World Rank No.8 in the U21 World Rankings.
And hoping to increase our rankings in the future.

Taiwan U21 is at World Rank No.7 and China U21 at World Rank No.9 which we are the 2nd best asian U21 team in the world and we surpassed China U21.

Our last game is against the Current U21 World Champions Israel U21 and they are looking for their 2Peat in U21 World Cup this season.

This is a great experience for us to face the U21 Worlds Best Team and hoping we gain great experience as we battling against them for our last assignment of the U21 World Cup.

U21 Pilipinas lost by 8pts to U21 Current World Champs Israel U21, 109-101.

Despite the low enthu by U21 Pilipinas with only (6) encourage the team manages to give their all and fight to the very end with the reigning world champs of U21 and being defeated by 8pts to finish it's campaign to U21 World Cup Season 49.

On the other note Taiwan U21 lost to Espana U21 by a huge margin so that means U21 Pilipinas gets the 7th place overall finish in this season world cup U21 while Taiwan U21 Finished in 8th Place. That means U21 Pilipinas is the best asian team in the world cup U21 base on placing in the final pool.

Coach Fabio: it was a great experience to all of us competing on the highest stage of basketball in the world U21 i hope this is not the last and hopefully we can have a world cup U21 Trip again next edition. But for now we need to focus in the Asia Cup and get that Gold Trophy as top priority.

Thanks for all the support and broad understanding im not a great coach but im doing my really best to lift our U21 Team in the world rankings.

Hopefully we can achieve more next seasons to come :)

i always see morwood as the best coach in ph u21 ever.. i never knew that a local (are you?) coach like you will come.. step by step, we are rising thru ur leadership. <3 sana manalo ka next year dahil maganda ang kinalabasan!!! mabuhay ka!!

Maraming salamat lods hopefully mabigyan pa ako ng chance hawakan ang U21 Pilipinas next season. Always giving my 100% effort to improve our U21 Team.
