Most managers have around 10 real life years experience with the game. That is enough disadvantage for new managers to overcome. At this point of the game it makes no sense to make new managers to build an arena.

Guys, new teams do not pay the salary floor for the first 2 seasons. That allows them to make 300k+/week profit. The arena could easily be completed in those two starting seasons, without day-trading or tanking (assuming the manager starts at the lowest level, competing against bot teams mostly).

It is fine as it is now!

it is extremely boring to play your first 2-3-4 seasons only building your arena, without training and without making wrong transfers

Started two seasons ago. Arena done, some wrong transfers, 4 pretty cool trainees, and I know for a fact the she's got most of the infrastructure done, as well as a decent amount of cash for transfers. There was a season of tanking, yeah, but it's not like that's super uncommon around here.

It's absolutely possible and not that hard to achieve imo.
