blimey i forgot that i get some points for having faith in the strength of my fellow teams and getting blue right!
though i feel bad cause you guys did guess the number of wins right, but just the wrong way...
oh well rules is rules :) :)

Hey DD thought we got points for correct prediction??


1. The contest is about prediction who will win the gameweek, Red side or Blue Side. If that is rightly predicted, then that is 5pts. The second thing we predict is t
he score of the games, ie. this week it was Red win, 6-2 score! If both were correctly predicted, then 15 pts will be awarded, which means that if the score was predicted but not the right side (Highly unlikely, but possible) 10 pts will be awarded.

should be 10 points each???

yeah i questioned this but im not sure its right either the way above, or the way i suggested... Its just 4-4 feels like a better value guess than 5-3, or 6-2 because none of us should get it *that* wrong.

if points are awarded for a 4-4 regardless of who wins then maybe a 4-4 should score less than a 5-3 and even less than a 6-2? So you get more points for correctly guess ing when either the red or the blue (more likely ;) ) tonk the other side...

Yeah, when i did the latest scores, it made me think of whether we get points or not. What i came too, and what i interpreted the rules again, is that you have to get the right side for 5 points, then if the correct score is predicted, then its a further 10 points... But you have to get the right side winning to get the extra 10 points! Thats just what i thought! That takes out fluffs points of the 4-4 as now its not worth double... Let me know what you think, and if more of you took it like fusio then i will change the scores!! Sorry about the vague rules!!

just as a thought how about if you predict the right score you get the higher number of wins as points? so a 4-4 draw will get you 4 points but an 8-0 will give you 8 points.

just a thought to throw out there - i dont mind which ever way its done but I think you should get something for predicting the right out come, over to you guys -

by the way my prediction next week is 6-2 blues a dark dark day for the reds me thinks!

New Scoreboard:
After 2 games, were now going to use fusio's method of counting. This has no affect on the first games scoreboard, but it changes the second games, to this;
1st: Fluff with 10points
2nd: Mikitos, Erks and Zander 5points
5th: Me and Fusio on 4 points

Fusio's suggested new rule is now implemented to make the competition abit more interesting!!

On other news, my prediction for Saturdays games is 5-3 Blue win!

Wow! That was a bit of a shock! Noone saw Red's coming out on top last night, but they did 5-3!
This leaves the scoreboard like this:
1st: Fluff - 15 points
2nd: Me - 9 points
3rd: Mikitos, Erks & Zander - 5 points
6th: Fusio - 4 points

Fusio's score prediction rule working in favour of me and fluff this week :)
Now the All Star Game. We thinking a prediction on that? Just who win's red or blue, and its worth 10 points? Let me know what you think!
