Your success is very impressive. What build types do you try to accomplish with your trainees? In my main team, I have a couple who are MVPs but are maxing out at around 135 TSP. More SG-SF type builds. I've had trouble building a supreme PF though.
I've tried so many build types... Not only in my teams but in teams with good U21 or NT prospects. I've been part of the Spain U21 staff for 8 seasons (we won 5 gold medals in a row) and the NT staff for 2 seasons (WC champions in S40), so I've helped develop hundreds of players in the last 15 seasons. The U21 and NT success was 100% based on trying to optimise training, exploring in depth the elastic effect for all skills, and all that stuff. We have folders with tons of information about particular interesting cases that we observed in some experiments done with NT and U21 prospects... Thanks to that, we've taken for example MVPs up to 140-145 TSP and different interesting offensive profiles.
In my first team, I'm planning to finish the three trainees at around 145 TSP (one SG, one PG and one SF) and buy a couple of strong inside players to fight for BBB soon.
But in general, I have good formulas for building any kind of inside or outside (or balanced), offensive or defensive (or balanced) players. So if any of you wants to discuss something related to training, just drop me a bbmail!
