That are a lot of questions. Like it

1. How I am to approach problems with training ? I try to solve the problem with communication. I wrote a lot mails to managers about training, training plans and which way a player reach his target the fastest way. If a manager is not willing to cooperate, his player will not make it to the team. Example is Don Aaron (31706353). He is possibly the best Shooter we have, but with game shape 5 or lower he is not an option.

2. How to convince managers to train until the end (100 % cap). I try to be faster. That is why I love to plan player from scratch. There are some tricks about training which make it a bit faster (keyword: elastic effect). The player which probably take the longest time to be finished is a SF or a well-balanced PF. The rest should be finished faster. But at the end, also for point 1.), if a manager doesn´t want to train, I don´t have a chance the world into what I want

3. Depth chart: I finished the season end scouting and I have an idea who will be in, but I will wait another week of training to see who has made maybe another up. The part with "how in depth I want to go" I didn´t understand. What do you mean with that.

For the U21 players I contacted manager the last to seasons and we mostly discussed what the player should be (position) and what the preferred look should be (skills). And than I gave some ideas (final skill sets). After that I suggested a training plan which is optimized to reach the target the quickest way. Cletus and I we had a conversation about the U21 training and we came together, that player with MVP or higher I can put a word in and below it is the job of the U21. But if somebody prefer Cletus as adviser, I do not have a problem with that. But every manager is free to contact me, even managers with lower potential player. I will ask all mails.

I hope, I crossed all questions. And for the one, if you can explain a bit what do you mean, I will answer that one too.

It was addressed to Coach Mk but I hope it is ok if I chime in here as well. Thanks for the question, as it's so much easier to talk when asked questions.

1)In terms of convincing owners to train players to 30-31.. theoretically I'd even want to encourage stamina training afterwards if possible. Stamina is an undervalued skill with NT players. Problem is convincing managers to do it, when they want to train younger guys. I agree younger guys are the priority, but every little bit of stamina counts, especially in the big games when you need all the effort you can get against the 'big boys'. I guess what I am trying to say is, I can never force anyone to do anything, but will encourage as much as possible and try to allow anyone who wants to help, the chance to do so. If we all feel empowered and apart of this, it will be better. Our community numbers keep dropping, we need all hands on deck.

2)For the depth chart. I would like to create a whole new site/depth chart. It couldn't hurt. From my understanding, there isn't much participation or updating on the old one anyway, so a fresh new one is in order. I will post all their skills, potentials, and try to start individual threads for each, so that we can track communication with owners. Because of this, I will select scouts, who want to be committed to the program. I will talk to Cletus to see if he wants me to make a section for 18, 19,20, and 21 year olds too. This will allow us to collaborate on u21 and NT builds. Cletus is a fantastic U21 coach.. his record speaks for itself.. I will pick his brain and learn/work with him as much as he allows me to. He's a fantastic BB brain. There are many others too. I'd like to get those old Horses like RIP, Beanerz, Damian, etc back helping us if possible. They are amazing, as I said.. we need all hands on deck. We don't have the numbers but we do have good coaches.. even Statsman, who I have played against in the past is a great asset , as he has world experience!

If this is not enough, or I have missed the boat on your questions, just let me know.

MC

A question to you only: Music_Chick

Just how do you put up with Morwood on a 24/7 basis? (party)

LOL! Morwood who? I'm the only one in the family who has made Div. 1 in Canada. His excuse is that he focuses more on NT/U21 stuff... so I figure I try to become the coach of a country somewhere, if Canada won't have me, and try to out-do him so that he won't get to use that excuse anymore!

I also wanted to add.. I have a ton of respect for Mod Beanerz and he is a legend in Canada. But he has had his chances and done a fantastic job. I'm just asking that this time you give me the chance. Canada lacks much of a community, and if given the chance, I would just become another valued member with the experience that I would gain. I realize that is a tough sell, but we all need a chance, I could look to another small country but this is where I want my chance to be. So I hope I will get some consideration.

Thanks!

Guilty as charged RIP!. As I mentioned in my speech (atleast I think I did) the kid is older than he's been. and therefore there is a bit more time to do things. This would be another kick in the pants to motivate me to get going. It would be a new challenge and that motivates me to 'get'er done!'.

You asked what I offer that Beanerz does not? Well, probably not much. As I've said, he's a legend, he's been so good for the community. I just want a chance. The enthusiasm will be there. I'm more than willing to be an assistant and learn from Beanerz if I lose, but I feel that I'd learn even more if I was the coach, as the pressures of being coach are different. I know this isn't the answer you are looking for, but there isn't anything bad I can say against Beanerz. He doesn't piss people off, he works hard and he's had good results. It's too bad, I thought I finally had the chance to run and he decided one day to run again :) my lucky day!

At the end, all goid managers do the same and communicate. This is at least what i think and i am pretty sure both of my opponents do. To be honest, i am not the high-profile expert of the Canadian National Tem (*What a surprise*) So i can't talk really about beanerz success and that he is a legend i know from other users.

So what speaks for me as team manager over him or Music chick. I have more experience than the chick. And beanerz took a long break. Since that, the engine has change and the game is definitly more complex. So in terms of that, i also havea bit more experience with the engine. But i am definitly still a million miles away from understanding everything, e.g. why we lost so clear against Indonesia.

I work really hard and had a lot if good communications with a lot of manager (national and international) and i am eager to continue the hard work and i want to be successful as possible. And last but not least, i have retrieve something. I can definitly do better than this.

The first stage should bring position 2 in the group. Argentina is in striking distance, Brasil beat my team twice and the rest are atleast winnable games. So you see, i am prepared.

I do give it to debussy on keeping me on my toes.
I give her credit for beating me in the league finals in which I was slated to win to get to Naismith.
and I can attest to her being more active lately. As RiP mentioned, before I would fear she sends a blank lineup to scrimmage or fail to accept my scrimmage requests, but lately she appears to me much more on the ball.

And I must say, unlike other managers lately, who have made it to Naismith and just gets bored with the game and quits. She has shown the opposite, which is to find more challenges in the game, which is inspiring.

Not to seem one sided in this debate. Points also goes out to MK for his persistence on running this Canadian team. He has ran and lost before, but kept coming back. So points to you for not giving up.

And beanerz... not much needs to be said for beanerz. The name itself gets points.
