That are a lot of questions. Like it

1. How I am to approach problems with training ? I try to solve the problem with communication. I wrote a lot mails to managers about training, training plans and which way a player reach his target the fastest way. If a manager is not willing to cooperate, his player will not make it to the team. Example is Don Aaron
(31706353). He is possibly the best Shooter we have, but with game shape 5 or lower he is not an option.
2. How to convince managers to train until the end (100 % cap). I try to be faster. That is why I love to plan player from scratch. There are some tricks about training which make it a bit faster (keyword: elastic effect). The player which probably take the longest time to be finished is a SF or a well-balanced PF. The rest should be finished faster. But at the end, also for point 1.), if a manager doesn´t want to train, I don´t have a chance the world into what I want
3. Depth chart: I finished the season end scouting and I have an idea who will be in, but I will wait another week of training to see who has made maybe another up. The part with "how in depth I want to go" I didn´t understand. What do you mean with that.
For the U21 players I contacted manager the last to seasons and we mostly discussed what the player should be (position) and what the preferred look should be (skills). And than I gave some ideas (final skill sets). After that I suggested a training plan which is optimized to reach the target the quickest way. Cletus and I we had a conversation about the U21 training and we came together, that player with MVP or higher I can put a word in and below it is the job of the U21. But if somebody prefer Cletus as adviser, I do not have a problem with that. But every manager is free to contact me, even managers with lower potential player. I will ask all mails.
I hope, I crossed all questions. And for the one, if you can explain a bit what do you mean, I will answer that one too.
