IMO.. Star Rating identifier of Salary Range ng Players
Star rating is a less accurate version of Grade rating

so for drafting purposes, better always go for the 5star 4 star ball than the lower ones correct?

Ipon lang ako now scout points para maka scouting combine ako para makita ko age and heights

5 ball Star Rating / 5 ball Potential are always the best.

New teams like you could earn up to 200k if you keep on investing/upgrading your arena. I would only recommend 2-3 staff; trainer (at least advanced), youth trainer (next season, pref. superior or higher), doctor (competent).

P.S.

If you're looking for only 18 y/o's, I suggest na piliin mo ang "Scouting Combine".

Bukod pa riyan, i-set sa "Let them play" ang "Foul Trouble" option.

What are your opinion on arena infrastructure? Primarily the gym? I have like 700k i wont use anytime soon. Is it worth investing?

I already have Lvl. 3 Gym, and Lvl. 3 Training Court infrastructure along with all Lvl.1 Health&Recovery Center, TV&Radio Station, and Merchandise Store.

Having a Gym helps your trainee have a slight boost in skill training. As for the Training Court infrastructure, it helps your whole team work on their free throw shooting without actually setting the said skill in your weekly training.

So, yeah, I think it's worth investing to when you have a trainee. And that 700k of yours, use it to expand your arena. I suggest expanding bleachers first, it's the cheapest yet profitable.

I understand. But is it advisable for a newbie? To get the gym now and still continue to build arena weekly?

Your Strat is very good... and far from being a newbee...

Very Nice!

Arena is our main source of income... and should be prioritized... textbook says so...

Pero kung sa tingin mo kaya mong mag expand ng Arena consistently to survive 2 Seasons... then go for it!... pero newbie lang ako... you should listen to a more expirienced guy in here...

You have 3 18 y/o's, and 3 19 y/o's, and I can see that you really want to start training rook's and sophomores (thought it would be a lot nicer if they are Filipinos). So, yes, getting the gym infrastructure is a great move (I think). It gives a slight boost in a skill that is being currently trained as well as a the other related skills.
