The plan is to take this season seriously and try to fix everything whats going on in the club - I have been on half bot mode about 3 seasons, woke up almost in the play-offs last season, bought some old players but it wasnt enough to make a decent push. Finances is in the mess, no vision whatsoever, team infrastructure almost non existiting...

Like you see, team is as good as manager - no vision at all, live day by day. :D
