To everyone specially boss ob1, boss ash and other veterans. Im really sorry for what i've said and done and i learned my lesson. I know to myself i made mistakes before but im doing my best to prove myself again to all of you guys. Im taking the full responsibility of the scouting issues/database issues for our U21 Pilipinas. Im just a human making mistakes but im doing my best to improve myself to prove that i deserve a second chance also. About the database it is ready and prepared and waiting for the upcoming draftees also i replied to 170bb mails this past 3 weeks about our monitoring of future U21 Prospects. Im really really sorry and i hope all of you can forgive me and for us to move on acceptance is the big factor here. We shouldn't fight against each other instead set aside our difference and respect each other. And we must focus on the most important thing and that is to be great in Asia Basketball here at BB in U21 and NT Seniors. We must focus on beating our opponents not our allies. Yun lng sorry for my bad english di kasi ako kagalingan mag-ingles :D and also Kunin na natin ung Gold Asia Cup U21 Trophy ng Season 50 which is Golden Anniversary ng BB we must make history. Naging rocky road man ang past 2 seasons ko ang masasabi ko di ako nagpabaya sa performance ng team U21 natin. We must celebrate what we achieved this past 2 seasons and im hoping na magtuloy tuloy na. Sorry again boss ob1 and to all of the vets and to the whole community. Sana samahan nio ko next season kunin ang Gold and this time i learned my lesson and maraming salamat din kay boss ash at boss ob1 na patuloy ang suporta despite this rough times ng community natin sana maghilum na ang mga sugat at mas mag focus tayo para mapalakas ang Pilipinas sa larangan ng Basketbol dito sa Buzzerbeater.

About the GC Matter yup i said to boss ob1 na bibigyan ko siya ng Database but due to big problem nasira laptop ko at desktop which is nandun ung database ng U21 and i dont have any files/back-up ng database ng u21 sa phone ko kaya di ko siya nabigyan ng file oo i insist nabigyan ko siya ng file pero di ko naibigay due to the problem happened in real life at naikwento ko naman kay coach jeorge ang nangyare about sa scouting issues/database issues. And sorry for that. Also about multi accounts meron akong pangalawang account before season 27 to season 30 meron ako pero nung na ban both account ko by that time di na ako umulit at ngayon one and only account ko na to. Sorry again boss ob1. And hopefully this is enough para maayos na ang dapat maayos and im really sorry. Hopefully mabigyan nio ako ng second chance to prove myself to the whole community that i deserve a second chance and making my past mistakes a big lesson to all of you. Hopefully masettle na ang mga issues and start na ito ng new beginnings ng community natin. All we want is to make our U21 and NT Stronger kaya magtulungan tayo to reach that. Peace and thanks.

Just clearing this up. I'm not confirming anything as this is coach morwood's call. Just saying that IF ANYONE wants to run they are more than welcome. As you said its our right to declare ourselves as a candidate -totally agree on this part.

@fabio - i suggest you share all these stuffs na nababanggit mo na alam ko naman at nashare naman sakin. I'm not the only one who deserve to understand the stuffs na nangyayari sa team. And me knowing things doesn't change what the whole community doesn't know.

Sana yung tinatawag na "constructive cristicism" is in a respectful manner. Labas tuloy parang mga rallyista sa kalsada. Yung mga matatanda na sa laro yung respect na ibibigay sa kanila will also be earned kung ano yung actuations nila dito sa community. Kung mga matatanda na dito sa laro na sa marami nga namang inputs pero kung yung mga bagohan magbabasa nang mga inputs nyo is pabarabara or patulibagbag naman (kahit wala nang respect consideration na lang) sa tingin nyo magandang example yun sa mga bagong managers? Yung mga matatanda na sa laro dapat kayo yung leader sa community eh.. Kaso pinapakita nyo sa mga bagong managers na magulo pala yung Filipino community dito. Kung talagang may galit kayo or matindi yung pagkakamali ng NT managers. Eh private message nyo. Alam namin mga siga kayo kasi matatanda na kayo sa laro. wala na kayong kailangang patunayan sa mga baguhan dito sa community. Eh confront nyo yung mga NT managers privately kung talagang sincere kayo sa intent nyong tumulong. Di yung nag-aaway tayo dito sa forums.

to start, im not a scout okay?? im a returning manager.. hati hatiin kona para maintindihan nyo:

1) he dont need to edit or backtrack or do whatever in his statement because he already acknowledged it and that should be enough..
2) whos scouts for u21? i checked every forum and all i read is luka and gengineer explaining what they saw. they dont paint you in a bad light. beardy did implied anyway..
3) so you are part of that gc? what happened? why not say all those things to him directly as a mentor??
4) so kelangan talaga na magbigay ka ng suporta para masabeng favorable ang u21/nt coach? influencer ka nga..
5) that politician brought the phl to the wc.. he did his job.. he just fell short to your expectations and to his promise.. but he acknowledged it so whats the point of all of this?
6) hindi naman sya nag yabang.. at kung meron man, may iyayabang naman. check the ranking and the team performance..
7) i didnt said that you specifically.. ghaz had a word war with some vet before..
8) youre part of the gc and you decided to say the bad things in the forums.. even with morwood.. if youre really that loyal, you should tell that person straight in the eye and dont incite trial by public by posting everything in the forums where as you have all the access in the world to contact them.. you started the drama, no 'baka' before you because i am sure. lets read the thread two months ago as a refresher

you can praise ob1 without pulling down the other..the italian coach. checking the past posts,, he brought the phl to a gold medal and a slot in the wc.. and 'only' is a strong word to use for training.. there are players that are trained from pinoys.. read the old posts.

and i know you travel alot. i dont know why but you mustve served in those countries as well like england in your signature.. hmmmm.. but i dont mind that.

i dont know him personally, i also pointed out his mistakes in my first post in this thread before you destroyed my calmness with that dds bark.. but i also said to give him one more season. he said in this post that enthu destroyed the phl, he acknowledged our criticisms and is moving forward.. no need to attack his credibility, thats ad hominem.

and since you said that he has served abroad, his decisions leading to this might be some careless decisions.. but we have to give a chance instead of burning him down completely. a term doesnt end in one season alone.

you cant also generalize the whole community praising him.. fabio is a good example.. he did his job but some ppl said that he dont do his job... there are only a few praising him despite the high rating.. that means ppl are scared of voicing out when they see a vet throwing tantrums..

in your suggestion, its a suggestion that should not be mandatory.. fabio has the right to share the story to whoever he entrusts.. i dont know the story, but im telling this as a man that believe in privacy.. fabio cleared that he has personal problems and you know it.. why will he share his problems in public?

if i may point, you have the privilege to know each side, so why not tell each party the story of one side so that the two parties compromise, or make ends meet?? we can say all day that we dont side with one party only, but this thread just shows the sharp difference. the constant berating from ob's side (why? ash is wd him) is also the evidence. i dont care if ob or ash or ivan doesnt favor fabio.. its his call and his right to believe what he wants to believe in.. but the failure to calm down one party leads to this endless debate. the failure to make ends meet, being the middleman, leads to this.. how can you juggle it? the fact that ob said that he is being painted in a bad light by his scouts.. even if the scouts said otherwise.. show that someone must be telling to ob whats happening.. everyone here knows the right word for that..

nakakalungkot lang na kelangan pang ipaalam sa lhat ni fabio ung kanyang ginawang pagkakamali noong s27. its complete not important now.. hes a changed man. look at the performance.. he never let the team down. if scoutings the problem, then remind him to scout! dont say that hes not doing his job.. he fell short with that and i also see that, but why the need to STAB SOMEONE IN THE BACK here in the forums where you said THAT FABIO ADDED YOU to the gc? this thing couldve been settled privately.. pero pinalaki nyo pa.

sana UNG isa jan ay ipaliwanag kung baket sabay sabay nawala ung 5 team sa ppl. i know that MOST OF YOU know that but turn a blind eye to it because hes a friend, and james ledesma being a changed man is an easier target.. madame din sa inyo ang kelangang mag paliwanag tungkol sa mga ill practices ninyo.. madame kayong ganan pero ung iba ay minabuting mag train nalang ng mga bata para sa nt team.. but that is a topic for another time, and i know a lot about this..

sorry, but i have to call out this influence tripping. this is not right anymore.. any miscommunications between staff..since you are the community mentor..should be settled INSIDE! if you see one is not performing one task, tap him in the shoulder and say "hey.. you scout.." hindi ung ilalatag mo pa dito.. no?

sana magkabati na kayo.. itong galit nato ay galeng sa scouting.. ambabaw. a thing that can be easily settled reached to this trial by public. not scouting doesnt make the u21 coach a criminal.

look whos talking about dropping multis.. please clear them out to the forums too.. your comrades has formed assumptions when youre banned wd 4 other teams. why not also bring that here??

and gc is a private conversation.. this is public conversation.. whatever happens in a private forum remains private until it is made public voluntarily.. youre not a police to say to him to speak what happened.. you don't have the moral ascendency to say so.. you're not an all wise owl..

to add to morwood, if your comment about pinoys to be united for the training base..and if that pertains to obi, then im sorry...hes not fitting for the job. he speaks positivity until he started the drama about scouting (which is unbelievable as the root cause ogf his tantrums..) and now he is the root cause of negativity by saying publicly his not trusting of coach james.. as if coach james owes it big to him.

and if you all are going to say that im the negative, then sorry. im just calling it out as it is. someone has to speak up for this atrocities!! i keep saying facts and the rest of the vets are saying fallacies, facts is not equal to fallacies.

if you wonder the fallacies you say.. here it is:

- post hoc -> because coach fabio did not scout, he is a bad coach
- ad hominem -> attacking the credibility of fabio and beardy
- appeal to pity -> you said that the scouts painted you a bad light where we all see that there is nothing from the scouts except narration to what happened.. ash said that he was sinasakyan and he said that in the other forum.. he labeled those as trolls.. what a pity
- circular reasoning and complex question -> fabio and beardy acknowledged their mistakes but all of you keep on bringing up the same thing in a different wording.. asking questions meant to be hard and traps fabio so that he will look bad to the community in any answer.. but he answers smartly.. think if beardy answered.. he ll be attacked here too
- ad numeram -> it doesnt mean youre many and have pals means youre right.

i always debate.. i know the fallacies when i see one.. ash also appealed the emotions by saying "any intellect can see that fabio is sweetening his words"... thats nonverbatim

i challenge obi to name drop the scouts who painted him a bad light.. binasa ko paulit ulit ang sinabe ni luka at gengineer pero wala namang nakalagay na obi.. maybe you should learn how to read again.. same wd you, rad chad..

i dont devide (archfiend spell it as devide) the community. im calling out bad examples.. if no ones gonna do, then who?? ikaw nga ang tunay na dds rabid dog e.. tapagtanggol.. hindi mo alam na mali ang ginagawa ng mga LABIDABS mo.
