Frikasttträning i A-laget... å spelarna måste tyckt att det var lika tråkigt som jag.
Bara 3 pop på starters OCH avbytare... Självklart ingen av mina huvud-TO:n (som skulle behöva det!)

Ett ynka pop på en 25-årig...

Kjellsten och Hammaren poppade ju friskt förra veckan(3 pop var) så det var väl iofs väntat att det skulle vara tunnsått denna vecka.

Very happy with Illka's progress. Rodland is a perfect complement so considering another season of 1v1 forward and then ,when playing in DIV.II again (hard to train 1 pos training against only bots), rotate through SB, ID, IS. Bringing up their inside skills for 1-2 seasons and then adding some OD/PA as Rodland needs it.
