yes, he needs a lot of outside-training but with his potential, he would only become a good u21 player and don't have a shot a the nt. So I'll try to get him there even if that's going to take quite a while longer than just a big

Well, we'll see what I can do. It's going to be hard work getting him from OD1 and PS2 to anywhere near what a SF will need. But I won't give up. And at least he has some nice inside skills to work with ... he's probably going to become a rather inside-oriented SF but we'll see what will happen. He'll definitely get all the training that I can give him, that's for sure

The current 3 I'm training are also slated for SF, though I can't really determine their state in progress right now as to whether or not they'll make it all the way to NT

right and then the cycle will start over .. hopefully there are going to be enough draftees in the upcoming seasons for us to achieve the feat to build a perfect NT
