That's a good thing to know that some managers are interested by belgian NT.

For U21, I faced a very known manager for the first election so I did not win. Now, I'm U21 coach because I was the only one to candidate.

As you said, fresh wind is always benefit adn you're right to candidate.

Our hardest task is to involve managers.
What's your opinion about the best way to involve them ?

It definitely is a shame the Belgian BB community isn't active on the forums nor interested in the NT/U21 as these are really nice feautres of the game and come with benefits to your own team.

I used to be a U21 scout and although i haven't been for quite a long time now, i still enjoy seeing the Nt/U21 prosper.
So in that regard atm i'm probably gonna give my vote to mplume as he has done a very good job in the past few seasons.
But that doesn't mean i' not considering Kalebam, you never know he might still make a very convincing speech orso.

Kalebam finally disappeared... Our votes won't change anything for you... you're the chosen one ! Keep making us proud to have you as a NT coach !

To be fair, we can't blame him for his interest in the NT. I don't mind having a foreigner as NT / U21 manager as soon as he's doing at least as good as a belgian would.

There is rather little to blame mplume for his season and I'm glad he's going for another round.
