TIE deals are the bane of NT management, and I never proposed one. It puts the pressure on the player receiving the offer, whereas he hadn't asked for anything. I'm absolutely OK for breaking a received TIE offer, while I frown at managers breaking TIE offers they propose, that's indeed very poor sportsmanship.
You did your best you the team and it's GS at hand, and that's quite a good result you managed finishing away from England and TIE with Hungary.
I also respect you giving 100 % against Hungary, that's too bad for them and I would also have had them get through instead of Portugal, especially after that matter, but you played to the end faithful to Belgium and that's what matters.
