not sure if you play BT, but in there some skills train quicker as the player ages - was this implemented in BB?

yes.. in BT, you can get ur secondaries up faster (much faster). I wonder if that happens here.

i think it could be said that a balancing "skill" for older players is experience. i get the impression that experience can help players make the most of what they have, even if what they have is a diminishing resource. one form this effect can take is to make player's performances more consistent game-to-game. i can't recall a thread discussing this, so my impressions could be incorrect.

I have a pretty good player who is 31, wondering if/when his skills will decline next season?

Probably not and if then only a little. I think 33 is the crucial age. And of course there is a spec of a trainer that can hinder the decline.
