Hi - I hope you are enjoying the game.... I know I do.

1) Have fun
2) trim the roster
3) Have more fun
4) Decide on a training Program and a trainer
5) Get involved in the forums great place for information
6) have some fun
7) Decide on the trainees

Above all, check out what the other teams are doing. The good ones will talk and help you grow, and the bad ones will tell you something. :)
