Hey! Welcome to BB. I hope you're planning to stick to this game for a while and aim for the very top of the world! :)

To start off with, I suggest you read all of the Game Manual. There is a lot of information to take in, but once you start getting the hang of it, things will start to become very very easy.
Then read this:
(144856.1) , which contains a lot of information about how to go on about building your team and so on.
