Shooters at every position, blocking at every position. I'm considering this too, with one additional secret detail that I've never done before.

How much should I pump his JR to (so he can stop chucking 3s :P), and his passing because he's my PG.

Jenny,

This is really depends on the tactics you plan to run. Ideally I like my PG to have a minimum of wonderous JR but if you plan to play look inside you can get away with less.

Passing will depend on this players potential but aim for 14+ at least if you plan to have this player be a long term PG.

I usually run outside tactics like push the ball or motion.

EDIT: Is PTB a normal offense?

Anotherqestion: Does having a good passing SG and SF, kind of help my PG?

The only normal offence is Look Inside :) At least for now... Supposedly changes are coming but we will see.

If you're playing an outside based offense such as princeton or motion, he's going to keep chucking a lot of 3's but if you play an inside based offense he won't shoot very many at all.

So to answer your question, it depends on what tactics you plan to lose. I play LI right now so I don't care if my guards have low JR. But I think passing is undertrained in most BB players so I would concentrate on that.

I might be in the minority but I make sure all my players have above average passing and handling for their position.

I'd probably say his passing should be anywhere from 13-15. As for the chucking threes problem, it depends on your offense and how good his passing is compared to your opponents' outside defence. His JR I'd probably say 9-10 since he's a PG. All this however depends on his potential.

Quick Question. Seeing as there are sub-levels to skills and game shape, do sub-levels exist for potential?
