It's really hard to bet against the div II demotee, especially one as seasoned and professional as HAX

Why though?
The money you can make sitting at the salary floor in div2 for 1 season outweighs any pro's of just sticking around in div3.

I think Axis will destroy everyone in the finals and promote. and if he wants to train still he can tank back down and yo-yo making all the dollars

In some cases, depending on the league, it's actually easier to make money in d3. If you can win the right games, yet stay at the salary floor, it gets juicy. It's more difficult to do that in d2.

Not sure this is the league to do it in, though...

I'm not training.

And I haven't made my mind up whether to go for re-entry to d2. Others might be sitting on piles of cash, too, and I certainly don't want to waste my savings...

I gave my vote to Home Axis. simply becasue they can win it if they want to. at this point of the season he is the crowd favourite given that he's the only one in the league with past Div.II experience and their roster is looking good. things might change though, it will depend on Axis' decision later on whether he would want to get back up straight away. It will be interesting to see a similar "desicion" as to the one Vis made a few seasons back.
