OD, OD and more OD :D then same with passing and one on one. After that all inside skills starting with ID (although probably U21 coach would say different)

I would be aiming to create a PF with this guy. Obviously he has some holes on the outside but that potential makes it all worth while.

With the U21 squad aside I would focus on OD and passing for a full season. Then more OD and some JS, JR for another season. And lastly you can focus on the big three or four depending on the GE at that time.

Obviously he may be better suited as a beastly centre which only requires a bit of passing and OD before really going hard at the big three or four.

This is my only real "trainee", as I'm working on capping my 23 year old and just picked up a 21 year old HoF to build into a bench player.

What are your thoughts? I know his potential limits him, but I'd like to hear what other people think he could become.

I agree with beanerz 99% :D that 1% is JR. I am not sure if it is worth much on bigs, unless you train it to really high level (for a big of course) because otherwise lower level might not make him take so many JS. Just a theory though. Dont have actual facts to support it so feel free to neglect it :D

Wondering if this thread should be "sticky" worthy? maybe one of you fancy Mod's can decide...

How was every ones training week anyways? Personally this was on of the best in ages, 4 pops in total on my three trainees while training OD :)
