@Billy - Not sure if there is an official DB but I wanted to move the discussion to a locally accessible thread.

From using the NT Scouter, it looks like the highest salary/highest potential combo you have among 18yo's is with Craft (32423248) who is owned by Parappa. He has yet to run 48+ this season at any position. Bond (32423222) seems to be getting decent minutes. Is the owner doing 2 position training? You may encourage him to go 1 position with those two players and maybe burn a slot supporting Bond's training.

3peat seems to be doing good with Sawyer (32423246).

Rounding out the other local 2 active managers, it doesn't appear that Dark Angel (Saints) and
Maketrain (KnowledgeisPower) are interested in training but that doesn't mean they can't draft. Get on the offsite and bring some resources to them to save next season's high potentials

Doesn't appear to be much going on with Stone (30400377). Not worth the ENT hit to cut him but def after the last game of the regular season, I'd axe him. Ditto for Shames (30629942)

Maclennan's (30400373) owner seems serious.

I'm not sure if you sent the trainers the training guide but here is the link again: http://bit.ly/1csDyFI

You should sell Bond or Craft and train one position at a time... You will get much better results for your trainees. Tough to decide who to keep though.

Hey guys, I know I've talked to a few about this but I'll post a reminder anyway :-)

Unless you have a really solid 19 year old on the draft board I strongly urge everyone to sort your draft board to grab 18 year olds first then at the bottom have 19 year olds. A whole extra year of training is huge!!!!

Good luck and I can't wait to see how you guys do! I may be interested in purchasing a player if need be but I am still low in money. For making the playoffs in my tough league my attendance has been low and weekly income has not gotten to the level I thought it would be. Anyway, next season will be better for my finances at the least lol.
