i guess pressure training is fine because it helps him defend and at his age it still trains fast. when you reach a good level i would try too give him at least 13. but more would be even better. his ID should be quite good afterwards. if you want give him some IS/ID training i would do it as early as possible. but it only makes sense if you reach a skill of 8 or higher.

you can think about training JR if you want him to be able to play in outsidetactics (JR 12+). if not just train a lot of 1on1 and give him passingtraining afterwards. it still trains at a higher age (try to have at least 12 in passing).

i wouldn't bother making him a SF because of his height and low Rebound and SB. maybe an insideoriented guard (see IS/ID training), but you also have to think what fits best with your team.
