When you train PF, you have so much freedom to do, this is just one way of training. First season train JS,OD and 1v1.
Second and third season ID & IS, in allstar week & playoff train RB.
Fourth season JS and 1v1 till desirable stats, then RB till desirable stats.
It would be great to stay in touch with NT coach especially when he reach 20-21yr, then NT coach will tell which skills prefer, outside or inside depending on NT needs.
