I'm still making over 100k a week. I have yet to play a home game this season (tonight will be the first) so we'll see what happens, I guess. Being that I demoted, I might have a hard time selling tickets for the first half of the season.

I have an advanced trainer but he's currently only costing me 16k a week (thanks to BB and being able to turn one of your players into staff from last season). I do have a minimal doc right now.

Edit: Made 60k profit and sold 93% of my tickets for my first home game. Not too bad.

Well...I guess things are looking quite different on my part. I'm currently making -25k a week after my big acquisition though I could increase that to +30K if I downgrade from Superior to Advanced, and drop my scouting to 0.

Personally, another big is the last thing I need, but I guess I prioritized talent and cost over fit. I think I might be the favorite to win it all this year, but my eyes are actually on the cup...

I see that you are making some moves as well. On my part, there's some interest in Clevenger as he's still really good inside and versatile for only 200k ;) but I'm in the negatives and based on fit and all, a guard should be needed for my team (Too bad I got no space at this point). Are you gunning for a prospect or planning to make a splash signing?

I think after getting this 26 yo for 2.5m I'm done this season making moves. Need to shed some salary as I'm in the red a little bit now. Hoping I can train this new player a bit as he's a 26yo MVP and should have a few more pops in him. If I make the finals, I might throw though as I'm not sure I'm good enough yet for another opportunity in Naismith.

Wow, that's a huge move (There goes my C advantage over you). Personally, I never made it to Naismith yet, so I'm definitely excited about the idea (And free money for promotion which also helps. At worst, it's a tank and high potential prospect for me). The playoffs could definitely be very competitive and I can see upsets possibly occurring in our conference. As of now, our top 4 is looking deep, with the first seed at 7-1, and #2-#4 one game behind, all tied at 6-2

The only reason Kelvin is in 1st is his use of Crunch Time against me. I'm pretty confident I'll finish first.

Haha, I can definitely say the same in a way. A reason Kelvin is in 1st is his use of Normal VS me (Though my team did choke in the 4th really bad as they went on a 32-17 run vs my squad. Also, I'll admit all of my losses are on my shoulders with my constant lineup tinkering/experimentation and training out of position, which I definitely got to stop as it gave me a loss each to Leaf and Kelvin).

Oooh, crunch? That's got to be a shocker, that depletes like half the enthusiasm. It seems like Kelvin is trying to win. I suppose it's a skill to know when to TIE, Normal or Crunch for the W.

Not if I can help it. I'm gunning for the 1st seed too (;

Best strat is to TIE almost every game, and go Normal against 'stronger' opponents if needed. Save your Crunch Time's for later in the season when it matters most.
