now i have to add the Cantaloupes to my list of teams with which i can no longer compete. more enthusiasm, at home, and they still whipped my tail. it's obvious they had a good team, but they either moved up a level, or just as likely, i have fallen a couple.

that list will probably lengthen as the season goes on.

man, part of the decline is the humiliation . . . just saw that my merchandise total was only $3 thousand more than my DII Utopia squad.

my team's merchandise has its own section at Goodwill.

two points:
-- your WR in reality is much higher than your current ranking. you'll do very well.
-- that said, the very best teams will be to you what your team is to mine. teams from the USA simply don't get to the top 10 and above -- even Upsyndrome, with his US NT lineup, made it only to something like 6. Winning the B3 . . . i can't imagine what sort of team it would take.
