Nice thread!

If you train a big and his initial skills are all equal (for example 6) and the target inside skillset is: IS 18 ID 18 RB 15 SB 11

Which order would you suggest is the fastest? Is it SB, ID, RB, IS?

Of course I first train his secundaries and I know the elastics there. But the question was about inside training.

In line what Joey Ka is also saying, I think it's best to start with SB because it's the fastest inside skill to train.
A third goal is to use trainings at younger ages that have a high absolute skill gain, and those that have a low absolute skill-gain later. This is because the good age multiplier on a young player will give more absolute gain on a high skill-gain training than on a low skill-gain one, and you want to optimize for high total skill points in the final target skill profile.

But I'd like to have more details on which skills to train after SB.

I have once trained a player that reached end of 21 with

14 JS 14 JR
14 OD 14 HN
14 DV 12 or 13 PA I don't remember specifically

And this could very well be true, because he was popping almost every week, and I was alternating between trainings, but I was very green and it was a long time ago
