Well one term of being Canada's head coach has come and gone. We had a bit of a disappointing season last season as we did not qualify to the tournament phase of the NT season. We have a few more younger guys coming up and some managers have done a great job improving there players already on the NT to make them even better. Most of my communication of the NT has been developing these players but I was pretty laxed when it came to NT game updates. I was able to book a scrimmage every week we could so our players and there managers could benefit from the added income.

I did learn a few things as Canada has reached the 400 win plateau and with this knowledge should hopefully have more success as we move forward to the future.
