I was in Naismith 3 seasons ago, then I decided I needed to focus on upgrading my arena before starting to train. I started last season but I could not find a Canadian prospect I'd be happy with until one of the draftees from this season.
I created my team here in Canada in season 41 and did not seriously play until I got my first promotion to II, in season 45. Seeing as in my first season in II I was able to save myself, I went all in on older guys and no training to hit a promotion. I wasn't able to stabilize myself in Naismith because of a subpar arena and ended up getting demoted 2 seasons later.

TLDR: I started training the first season i got back in III, last season.

The hungarian U21 manager contacted me for one of my player, and he uses something I never thought about for communicating with managers: a private facebook group.
I think it's an awesome idea, something to think about for U21/NT Canada?

what's the advantage of a FB group vs a forum site?

I think anything that has a simple layout to show the depth chart, training plans and strategy discussion would work

People are more inclined to go on facebook and see notifications from a group while they are there, than visiting a forum on purpose (works great in the beginning, not so much afterwards, there's a reason all the previous attempts are now abandoned, when is the last time anyone has been on the united english nations forum that we shared with england and NZ and Australia a few years back?!)

With a facebook group, the information comes to you, you don't have to be actively looking for it
