Since I've survived two seasons here now, I consider myself to be a veteran of the league, fully traumatized by the experience of knowing every single game is crazy hard and any moment I may need to spend every last dollar just to keep treading water. So, for the new people here, just a few rules:
1. You must always TIE against the Chunks.
2. You may not have any players with a salary over $30,000 for your first season in the league.
3. You must play CT in every single match, including Cup games, except against the Chunks (see Rule #1).
4. Have fun.

I think that just about does it with the league rules, except for the ones I that I forgot and need to add later.
