I know it is not a high priority feature by any means, but I think it would be cool if I was able to view Head to Head stats of my country (NT and U21) against any other country.
Maybe a good position for this would be the NT Overview page, below the target country's medals.

Ideally, I would like to be able to filter between NT and U21 Head to Heads, and the list of matches would give me details such as Season #, Date, Type of Match (Scrimmage, Consolation, WC, etc), and the link to the game, of course.

What do you guys think?

Actually, I just realized that the interface from the club Rivalry History page accomplishes exactly what I asked for.

Maybe the most elegant solution would be to put a Rivalry History link somewhere on the Overview page (just like Standings, Schedule, Elections, etc), and then clicking on that takes us to NT H2H if we are viewing an NT, and U21 H2H if we are viewing a U21 team.
