Well this is just my second full season, started late in Season 52. Since I played against mostly bots in Div IV I really don't know what to expect this year, or whether my team can even compete. I also have no idea what kind of revenue I will be bringing in per week with the promotion to this Div. Anyway, wanted to say hi and looking forward to a competitive season against human teams.

Welcome! I think you’ll find D3 a lot more exciting (and challenging) than the bots you saw last season hahaha. My advice for new teams: find some good 18-19 year olds to train up, build your arena as much as possible, and don’t sweat the wins and losses so much for the first couple of seasons. It’s all about laying groundwork! I’m entering my 27th (?) season total, 11th since coming back to the game and starting this team. Let me know if you have any questions about the game, I’m happy to help out!

Personally, I feel like this might be my season to promote. Obviously Knutson is still a beast, and my bigs training is coming along nicely. I’m looking forward to the competition here though, it’s been fun the last 2 seasons!

Welcome,
I agree with Nick22 this is not a season where you should focus on wins and losses. It will take you a couple trys to be able to stick in Div.III. I would recommend you take the time to save money and find/learn to train players. This will be my second time with this team in Div.III (like Nick22 I played a before and left and came back). I'm sure my team and trainees can keep me here but my arena is way behind schedule.

Best source of revenue is your arena, but you also have to please fans, too (by convincing them to pay more lol).
Asking questions, listening, and using your experience will get you far.

Fun season so far. I certainly don't want to face The Musicians again. The upcoming conference interplay will be fun. My trainees are working their way into the lineup full time. I'm still training; their positions will change by the end of the season.
