Yeah I feel like there is no shot Mrosla would be that high given my record. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I took another look at the model and added in the point differential per game for the team a player is on. Looks like PD actually has a much bigger impact on MVP voting than a teams record. This makes sense looking at last season's MVP. Also looking at my old league II.4 in season 54 a team with a 9-13 record had the MVP, but they had a positive PD.

After updating the model with this new info, Tzougkarakis jumps to first, followed by Lackey and then Servutas. Basically all the players on teams with higher PD get a boost. Webb falls to 5th, Mrosla to 7th.

The most important things the model uses in predicting an MVP are Point Differential, Scoring (PPG and FGM per game), Rating, Games played, and RPG. Other factors are considered as well, but those are the top 5 most important. I'll use this updated version next week and may keep tweaking it to see if I can keep improving it.

Nice going, Ballhoggers, on taking it to Atelier. I should've put in effort and tried to beat them in the first game of the season. That was a bad mistake ... Otherwise, he might have 2 losses

But yeah I probably could have won all my games last week but didn't wanna risk taking too many players out against Chek in the cup cause Mrosla's still Mrosla. Props to Ballhoggers though, well played.

I'm glad I managed to traverse my loss against you on the road this season. You've done a nice job of smacking me on the road these last few seasons.

Nice work! A cold start and then my three best players getting injured doesn’t help the Telecasters ranking, hopefully we surge up the rankings when my guys come back.

Ya, that's about the worst injury stretch I can recall, jv. Makes me wonder what kind of doctor you have ...

- Big 8 is 12 -4 against the Great 8 so far

I roll with a level 3 doctor, usually upgrade when injuries occur, but I’m kinda cash poor right now!

Huh ... That is surprising. I've alternated level 2-4 in recent years and never had injuries like that. Bad luck, I guess ...

In season 50 for my D2 Finals I ended up having 7 injuries in the span of about 5 weeks. 4 were long term and 3 were in game. Upgraded the doc midway through but still came out with some hefty injuries. I don't invest in him much anymore until playoff time.
