There is not much left for me to say,

I clearly feel like the best candidate with my attention to detail, persistence, willingness to learn when questions are had, and overall commitment to this game and national teams. I’m not on my third account, or decided to run in the election because I’m bored.

People see me as a candidate for what I can can’t do, not what I can do. A few seasons ago it was “you’re still in DIV.” I’ve been told “you ask way too many questions in the discord for a NT coach” and I’ve always found that hilarious that you’d want a manager who pretends they know everything instead of those who ask the community questions so we all have a better understanding (not to mention community involvement is never a bad thing!!!).

It’s easy to look like the beet manager when you’ve been the NT coach for 6 seasons already. It’s easy to look like the best when you’re claim to fame is “I almost made the semifinals 10 seasons ago.” And it’s easy to win votes when you used to win a lot because you managed more games than any other manager and then say “the rosters better, I can win even more now!”. Well jokes on that person, Ive literally never lost a NT game.

Now what about what I can offer?
A clear vision for position builds 1-5 for both inside and outside offenses. Please message me on discord or on BB mail for more as I’m not going to outline them in a public forum.

More community involvement than ever before seen. People in the discord already know how often I post. I love what Antwon and Co. have been doing with the u21 recaps so I’ll have to join them with that

Ive been a bloody opposition scout under the previous regimes for like 30+ seasons (off and on, granted). I know how to scout tactics, team strengths and holes, and some of our managers have made a lovely crowd source document of other countries NT players for maximum knowledge.


In leadership, you are nothing without a great support team around you. Surround yourself with the smartest managers this country has to offer instead of pretending your the smartest man/woman in the room and you’ll go all the way to the top.

I just ask for the chance to finally have a shot instead of giving another past manager a third/fourth shot. In perpetuity, I ask this..

Well said. Questions should never be a negative thing. I ask an absurd amount of questions every day to people in the discord but that doesn't mean I don't know what I am doing. The best projects come with/from collaboration.

Just a shout-out for Oriolekid …. Over the course of many seasons I have asked him for advice on training, tactics as well as many other BB related things. He always gets back to me fairly quickly and offers his advice but more importantly he always leaves room for discussion regarding my questions, which I have many times gone back and forth with him on certain questions that I have had and the advice he has given, this shows that not only has he helped answer my questions but has also taught me many different aspects of how to play the game and be successful. although most of the time I go off the rails and decide to blow up the team and do something different..
This shows that Oriolekid has pride in this game and is willing to help other managers but also it shows that Oriolekid will run a great
USA NT Team and is willing to involve managers in the success of the team..
Let’s give Oriolekid the opportunity to run the USA Team and see what he can do…
