Hi, I am a returning player. I played over 30 seasons, stopped a while back and decided to return.
The one thing I can see as a problem as a new player is the roster we start with. Now this isn't a huge issue for me as i know what to do to build a team. But as a new manager to the game I would see the roster and my best player having a 3k salary and probably not login again. I would love to know how many teams are created and the new manager only logs in a few times.
I think either each team is created with a couple of 20-22 year olds with 12k-15k salary or we they start with more money.
I think this will help keeping new managers. I personally got rid of every one of the players i started with. Not 1 worth keeping
