I currently have a 21yo french prospect. Throughout his training there has been tremendous communication and advice, both in quality of advice and manner of which it is approached. Professional, friendly and not demanding. I imagine this culture was started and/or continued by gpolin after reading his speech. I have three 21yo canadian prospects this year and I feel most confident that they'll be given the best chance to compete with gpolin at the helm and he currently has my vote.
