The vote came in and what a great game to watch. The Sconnies were great going ahead early but Rashmonsters brought it back forcing overtime. It was down to the wire but Rashmonsters narrowly achieved victory winning by 4.

The first quarter was neck and neck, but the combination of Slashing Dragons putting up 74 points in the next two quarters. Was just too much to contend with. The dragons nailed 18 three pointers on 53% shooting from beyond the arc. Managing to kept the game continuiously out of reach winning 109 - 96 at home.

They finished 1st and 2nd in the Big 8 last two seasons and they seemed favorites to duke it out to be conference champs again. However, Mighty Moose Rockets won that battle going on to the finals both seasons.
