Hi everyone,

I am wondering how much stamina plays a role in the final stats of a game.

I have some starters with very poor stamina stats. Would the overall performance of my team improves if i spend some of the following weeks training stamina ? Is it worth it to invest 4 weeks of training in that stat ?

I can't find reliable info on the topics... Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Tkx and good luck to all for the last third of the season.

i dont know for sure either… but i have some great players with low stamina and i am training them on stamina…
depending on the tactic you play, a fast pace or a slow pace, they will be tired much faster or substituted faster.
also, i notice that players with low stamina, if they play large minutes, their overall score is significant lower than when they play only 25-30min…
so for me, it is worth to train them on stamina.
hope it helps.

Personal opinion here, but if you are training stamina you are wasting training minutes. Just build the building for stamina training for your arena. 5k yo 10k a week to maintain a decent stamina is totally worth it. It kinda like free throws too.

That being said. I've noticed that I need to sub a lot more when I'm playing a high pace game (and thus I'm assuming that it's because the stamina runs out a lot faster) that if I'm playing a slow paced game. So if you play defences like full court press or 1-3-1 they'll be very demanding off your stamina and then it will impact your teams performance. I'd have to double check the data, but I don't want to give too much away about my team 😜
