I am running for the Romania U21 National Team coach position.
I am an active manager focused on youth development and long-term player growth. I currently train several young prospects, including players developed for the England U21 system, which gives me practical experience with U21-level preparation.
Over time I’ve learned that U21 success is not about luck — it depends on structure, communication, and having committed managers behind every player.
