Iran U21 – Let's get to work

Hi community: this will be the topic in which i will tell everything about this team: i want a "vis a vis" relationship with you

First of all, a sincere thank you to my two voters. You believed when almost no one did and I won't forget that.

I would like to know who you are. Not out of curiosity – but to express my gratitude properly. Your account-names will be write in the logo of the Iran U21 court. That's not a joke. That's a promise (precisaly in the middle field, i want to write "Thank to [name1] and [name2] : you did all of this possible) but i need your names

So please, if you voted for me, reach out. Let me thank you personally.

I've analyzed what we have: the roster. Considering how few active teams there are, it's not bad at all. Some prospects are in the hands of managers who haven't logged in for a long time – many are close to being botted but their players are still training. That's not a problem (At least not yet).

Starting today, I will contact every owner of our players. I want to understand their training plans, their intentions, and their availability. Communication is key.

Qualification is within reach. I'm not saying we will win the World Championship – not yet – but the qualification is Absolutely achievable.

I'm here. My sodali are here. And now, we work. We will meet Australia in the first match of our championship: its an hard opponent but we will do the possible to try to win the match.

First of all, I congratulate you and hope that you continue with this same passion and enthusiasm until the end of your coaching period in the national team, and that you don’t get discouraged by shortcomings.
Secondly, the internet in Iran is cut off for the general public, and only a small number of people have access to it. That’s why the number of voters has been this low.
Finally, instead of focusing on the two votes you received and writing those users’ usernames on the national team’s field—which is not worthy of the national team—focus on retaining players who have potential and whose teams may soon be disbanded.

Is all under control dont WORRY my friend....i knows i keep these player so they cant be fired. Lets go have funny and chilling with U21 team. I can assicure you that im in contact with a team of my sodali to try to rank up s bit. I know that Iran has big problems and im sad for this (i wrote in the previous speech but GM's deleted)

Here we go: we prepared the match vs AUSTRALIA

But lets talk about this beautiful continent: pure wildlife. they've got kangaroos that will box you if you look at them wrong, koalas that sleep 22 hours a day big snakes and dont forget the spiders: they’re not just big; they’re big and confident.
But here’s the truth: Australians are some of the friendliest, most laid-back people you’ll ever meet. They’ll invite you for a beer or play soccer...and why not: you can try to pick up good australian girl after a cricket match.

...and they have a great BB team.
Let’s be clear: Australia is definitely not the BB team I would have wanted to face in our debut, but we’re here and we take the consequences. We’re the underdogs: our goal is not to win the championship but go in the next phase and this is archievable with this team.

I saved the match and we will go with a great MOTION

Iran U21 – Australia game

We lost. No excuses.
They had a much stronger roster. Better players, deeper bench, more experience. That's the reality.

But this is not the end. It's one game. I tried a pdp successfully but the gap between the 2 rosters is huge
We take what we learned, we fix what we can, and we focus on the next one: attack on pakistan.


No time to cry. No time to complain. Just work.
This weekend (after the training update), I'll post a full briefing i will explain tactics, key matchups, training focus, and the mindset we need to bring to conquer Pakistan

I talked. They listened. Our players are coming back.

I've spoken with the GMs. We're going to solve the issue of players who are stuck on teams hit by the blackouts.
Starting next week, these players will finally be available for our national team because, until now, they were in the hands of managers affected by the blackout: they weren't receiving any training at all – and they were key players for our team.

I did this myself. To help the cause.

The solution: they will be put up for sale. That way, they can finally continue their trainings and we can count on them .

We will meet together on saturday when i will explain the plan vs Pakistan (i need training update to see the good shape to try to conquer Pakistan)

Iran U21 – Assault on Pakistan

Today i saw my players, and i saw pakistan players too. This is not an easy ride for us: we have not all players aivable for this fight...but we can do something good.

Pakistan, listen carefully. You are standing between us and our championship. You are the next obstacle...and obstacles exist to be destroyed.

We respect your culture. Your hospitality. Your pride. Your cricketers are legends, and your land has given the world poets and warriors. But this is basketball and we are here to win:this is not about revenge. This is about progress, step by step and game by game.

We can use an INSIDE ATTACK. They proposed us a TIE

Qualification is still within reach. And we intend to reach it.

Iran U21 - Pakistan game

Let me be honest. I didn't trust him: he wrote in a bbmail that he was going to TIE and i replied with a simple "Ok". I was sure he was going to cheat beacause I thought he promised low effort just to trick me.

So I went higher intensity: but i was forced Also for bad shape of my core players (i have 5 players out of shape)
Turns out… he was actually sincere. He kept his word. He played low effort.

And I won.

So here we are. I expected a liar but i found an honest man. And I still won. Because I played my game, not his.

But here's what I don't understand.

I noticed that despite my tactical move – despite the win – I only have 50% of the votes.
A little low, don't you think?
Especially considering that I'm the one who unblocked the situation with the players who weren't training. The ones stuck in blackouts.I fixed that talking to the GMs. They are now our Friends and they are out best supporters.

And yet… 50%.

I'm not asking for a parade. But a little recognition wouldn't hurt.

Thank you for your honesty, coach. It was a pleasure. But next time, don't be surprised if I don't believe you.

Just a lesson: trust is beautiful. Winning is better. And apparently, so is gratitude.

Iran U21 - Friendly match

The next match is against Chile U21: it's a friendly, so no need to force anything and no overthinking.

We will use this game to experiment new tactical setups. The goal is simple: see how the team reacts, what works, what doesn't. I want to discover new attacks and new defence metod, for this im talking with gurus, a sort of BB-wizards that studied a lot this game engine. Dont fear

I have good news for you: the players who were stuck without training are now back on track. They are training properly again. It took time, but we fixed it.

With next Friday's update, we will finally see their debut on monday against Kazakhstan.

For now, let's use Chile as our lab.
After the match i will show you what i discovered with real data and we will meet again how to conquer Kazakistan that we need to beat
