First of all, I would like to thank you all for electing me.
My work at the beginning of the season, as well as scouting all players aged 22 to 36, has been completed in order to build up my database.
The BB-mails are starting to be distributed.
I have just changed the banner and logo to bring a breath of fresh air to the team.
Now, regarding our first game, we suffered a defeat against Iran.
A defeat that, when we look at the analysis in greater detail, remains relatively logical given the tactical choices that were made. Indeed, Iran chose to attack with a Run and Gun strategy, which is quite a logical choice at the beginning of the season, but still remains fairly uncertain.
For my part, considering the gameshame I had available and the analysis I had carried out for this game, it seemed more logical to me to choose a Look Inside strategy.
Unfortunately, we fell 20 points behind as early as the first quarter, a deficit that we would never manage to make up, eventually finishing the game 121–105 in Iran's favor.
Looking more closely at this result, the team's overall ratings are extremely encouraging at the start of the season, especially considering the poor form of some of our players.

シーズン序盤の仕事として、22歳から36歳までのすべての選手のスカウティングを行い、データベースの充実に取り組んできました。
BBメールの配布も始まりました。
チームに新しい風を吹き込むため、バナーとロゴを変更しました。
さて、最初の試合についてですが、私たちはイランに敗れました。
より詳しく分析してみると、今回の敗戦は、採用した戦術を考えれば比較的納得できる結果だったと思います。イランはRun and Gunで攻める戦術を選択しました。シーズン序盤としてはかなり合理的な選択ですが、一方でまだ不確実性の高い戦術でもあります。
私としては、当時利用できた選手のコンディションと、この試合に向けて行った分析を踏まえ、Look Insideを選択する方がより合理的だと判断しました。
残念ながら、第1クォーターの時点で20点差をつけられてしまい、そのビハインドを最後まで取り戻すことはできませんでした。最終的には121対105で、イランの勝利となりました。
この結果を詳しく見てみると、シーズン序盤のチーム全体の評価は非常に心強いものです。特に、一部の選手の調子が悪いことを考えると、なおさらそう言えます。
