II.3 Champions!

Devil's Advocate has finally made broadway. After battling it out in the tough II.3 division since the end of Season 3, The DA pulled out a thrilling 68-67 win against Leigo United in the finals.

Down by one point with 8 seconds left on the clock DA take a timeout in a last ditch effort to scrum up a play. Each second seems like an eternity when the play resumes with time ticking away and little materializing. Finally, with less then one second left, Tom Jones throws up a prayer guarded by 3 defenders to hit an unbelievable buzzer beater and win the game!

Management is also pleased to announce that the team finished with a perfect
26-0 record throughout the season and playoffs. Hopefully Abbott, Diaz, Jones, Pietryszyn and Essa can prove this season was no fluke and continue their success in the Naismith division next season.
