WE won!!!!

Hello Cymru supporters...
I would like to point out to everyone that we are infact the smallest nation in this group and we still got a win!!!
I know that 2 of my 3 followers are unhappy with my tenure. Please feel free to send me an email with any criticism or request you have...I will try to do my best to oblige your requests!!
What I have done is earn us the win we deserved and that we could get and I am proud of this accomplishment. It was a mutual effort, so its a real win, we earned it boys!!

I would like to also thank all of our trainers for their continued development of our team and younger players.

If anyone has any questions about what to train, please let me know. I sent out messages early in the season to everyone with a trainable player asking them to work on certain areas. If you need more guidance, please contact me. I don't want to hound people or spam people, so after sending my first round of emails, I just waited for responses. At the turn of the season when I select 22s to the team and drop some older players I will do another round of emails whether I got responses or not from the last round. I hope this is acceptable to everyone. If you have any criticism of my method, feel free to discuss or express your opinion to me directly or in Cymru forum. I am willing to accept any and all input available.
