Press Announcements

Oh no...I won

All someone had to do was post a speech and prove they had a pulse and knew what they were doing...

I will run the team in the following way~

Training for NT track players will be the only consideration for two reasons~
#1 We are a small nation and need to focus on the NT in general
#2 We are a small nation and players that people need here for their team are NT caliber anyway, since everyone is in DI
#3 It simplifies the scouting and selection process. I can'T go around scouting stars and starters...I just can't.

Fret not- NT caliber for Nippon means even allstars have a (slim) chance...depending how thin the talent field is that season.
Ideally we would staff Superstar and above only...but ideal is not always real.

So, for allstar and-above, selection will be as follows

#1 highest TSP wins the day. Period. Potential + TSP gives you a spot
#2 The lower the pot. the BALANCE of skills will be considered.
Even with some TSP going their way allstar's and P.allstar's will be kicked from the program if their training is too mono-skilled and primary driven. MVPs and above will not be required to keep balance at the U21 level....but regardless of potential, unintelligent training programs, even if agressive on the TSP side, will be frowned upon.
#3 SPECIFIC skills that will be looked for SB, JR, PA but only if the TSP numbers are really close.

Positions, starters, strategies....
After selecting the most aggressively/well trained players to start, the tactics used will be selected to utilize those skills. Team strategy will be built around the players.
GS changes will be considered only as a way to mix the roster up, and tactics, so we aren'T just predicted every game.
I will use a different tactic basically every week to avoid prediction.

If you have any questions, I will try to answer. But for the most part, if you don'T like how I am running the team, you should have signed up to be coach. In other words, shut up or run the team your damn self.
