Hi community! I've got two questions...

1) I've been trying to find a guide or somewhere where I can read and learn about "Player's salary" according to skills per position. Like, what skills make a position salary to skyrocket or which ones remain the salary low. Is there somewhere where I can try to learn about it?

2) Almost same question, but for what some managers call "Elasticity" regarding to training. Like if a player has many points in one skill, that will make some other skill to pop "faster". Does that exist? Can I read/learn get a table of contens (lol) about it?
