New Zealand WHO????????????

After the long awaited game against New Zealand was about to start, it seemed like you could cut the tension with a knife. Some player looked more relaxed than others but the general tone of the team was one of a champion in the making. With the long awaited return of Wakatsuki from being out of shape(still not great but it will do) the team looked strong. And from the get go, the Nippon Guards were in control. In the first half the game was still close and it was getting dirty. After some hard fouls by both teams, Matsumoto the enforcer smashed the Kiwi C and drew a flagrant foul. And then it was on..Dunk after dunk, jumper after jumper the nippon team slowly pulled away and by the end of the 3rd led by 24. Wakatsuki was having his way with the Kiwi PF hitting jumpers, hook shots, and anything around the basket. He was most Def. the MVP of the game. Ikouga got the Super SUB award for coming off the bench and killing the other team.
Next up....a U-20 scrimmage with Peru followed by a very important game with Macau
