Dear Managers

After a somewhat unsuccessful season, we want to look ahead.

First, I must admit that it is not certain whether I will continue as your U21 coach. Nevertheless:

I have already reviewed some of the new players from the draft. There are a few players with promising careers ahead of them.

The current squad is largely set; right now, there are only 13 players. This allows us—if necessary—to add more players or replace those who rarely get playing time at their clubs. It should be a source of pride for any team to have a national team player on their roster.

Unfortunately, the current players are not yet as skilled as those from previous squads.

Due to a lack of interest, I will stop posting match updates on the forum—provided I continue to manage the U21 team.

If anyone has suggestions or ideas, please feel free to share them.

Please ensure that the players maintain good form and sufficient stamina.
