Grūti tankoties un sākt vinnēt. 3 NT spēlētāju alga ir 660k, algu grīda 720k. Lai regulāri vinnētu Virslīgā, vajag ap 900k algās tērēt (attiecīgi tērēt 180k virs algu grīdas). Šobrīd turoties tuvu algu grīdai biļešu ienākumi ir tikai par 100k zemāki, nekā visu laiku uzvarot, tātad matemātiski labāks variants, nekā palielināt algu budžetu par 150-200k, sākt uzvarēt un dabūt atpakaļ tos 100k biļešu ienākumos.

Good afternoon

Last week we started the European Championship with a victory over Skartvelo.

We have a very difficult group with several teams that could win the championship.

This season we need to revamp the team, and four young players have joined who will get competitive playing time.

Our next match is against Switzerland.

Best regards

Good afternoon,

After four games, our record in the European Championship stands at 3 wins and 1 loss.

It is a real shame to have lost to Serbia by such a narrow margin. We no longer have any margin for error if we want to advance to the next round.

We still have two very tough opponents ahead: Finland and Spain. We will try to keep giving our best and ensure the young players get some playing time.

Regards,
