For B3 and BBM it's simple really, besides your main team and utopian team, no other team can compete in the same international tier at the same time.

For example if your main team is in the B3, or your utopian team, or both of these, any other newly created team of yours can't compete in the B3 and will be automatically put in BBM1 even if they win the league/cup. The runners up of the league/cup of the league your newly created team is in will get the B3 spot instead.

Simple

I really don't see why we need more teams per manager. It benefits a small number of dedicated managers who have too much time on their hands, but creates a lot more problems, because we need more rules.

Edit: We already have Utopia for those managers.
