But the delay in processing really affects a lot. Can I train rookies now with Friday’s update? do my player’ minutes from last season also count? Is a 23 year old going to be trained as a 23 year old or 24 rate?


Yes you can train with Friday's update.

Yes minutes from last season also count -- as you can see from the Weekly Stats page (click on your team's name in the Menu, then in the drop down in the top/right of the main portion of the page, choose Weekly Stats).

Yes your player will be trained at his post-update age (rookies won't update with the age update).

Yes the rookie thing is pretty minor since as you said they were tagged. The bigger problem for me was that I acquired a young player and his salary jumped 20k a day later. It was impossible to know if his age and salary were updated or not — for all I knew his country/team had gotten the full season update already.

When looking at your match schedule, some games have numbers to the left of the team names. What do those mean? I have one that the numbers are green, another it's black. Thanks for the help!

This thing was bothering me a lot. Lets move from the Rebounding Team rating for the sake of argument and talk about other team rating. Is Offensive Flow in the team rating just a statistical category or does it work as a coefficient in the GE?

Yes, although the higher the level from 1-7 the higher the rate than compared to the lower ones which needs to be factored into any cost/benefit analysis

Got it. So I presume the formula should be:
Next Salary = Current Salary * (1.0075+0.0025*Staff Level)

Each next level increases the rate by 0.0025
